Return/Exchanges Policy

Our Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australia Consumer Law

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return the item because you have changed your mind about your purchase. Home & Party World will offer you an exchange/refund provided that:

1. You return the item within 7 days of received the delivery;
2. The item must be in re-saleable condition including that:
3. It is in its original packing, including instruction manual (if any) and all accessories;
4. It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition or original seal or original wrap intact.
5. The postage of return need to be paid by customer. 

** If these requirements are not satisfied, we reserve the right not offer an exchange.

Faulty Returns

We will offer an exchange/refund if the product is Faulty due to a manufacture’s fault/defect. 

** Home & Party World reserve the right not to offer an exchange/refund where it item fault is a result of misuse, abnormal use or abuse or neglect.
